- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 cup frozen mango
- Big handful of spinach
- 1 banana
- Water
Place all ingredients into a blender till smooth, add water until your desired consistency

spirulina has an earthy/ seaweed taste, I like to combine tropical or citrus fruits to go with greens or bitter tastes. At home we have been trying a polish health brand and I’ve been using their freeze dried raspberries Which has been a pleasant addition.
