Pro Tips
I don’t use anything to roll my sushi but there are tools you can get to help you roll your sushi, most nori paper has instructions on it to show you how to roll the sushi
don’t have the rice to wet or the nori will easily rip and it won’t hold together well
practice makes perfect, when I first started rolling sushi it looked like weird, wrinkly logs and it took me a while to figure out the way I like it
always eat sushi the same day
